Reactive dye adsorption desorption and stamping by halloysite

The scientific community is continuously developing new methods for the recovery and purification of water, since precious resources our planet are increasingly scarce we must work to save clean waters. One used use adsorbent absorbent materials that remove from water those substances harmful environment nanoclays. In this work, effect a nanoclay, specifically Halloysite, adsorb reactive dyes has been as an example technique. As type coloring substances, Reactive Yellow 2 used, which subjected action mineral, having adsorption 78% in proposed experiment. Subsequently, it undergone desorption process by applying temperature dye-clay hybrid, so later, thanks solvents (HCL / or NaOH), aqueous solution can be completed, obtaining dye. up 17.67% adsorbed, interpreted very good result. At same time, ability stamp HNT tested once dye adsorbed on PES CO textile, demonstrating viability evaluating its results rubbing washing fastness tests.
